About Us
Koyote Knives is a small "family run" business that started in the People's Republic of Davis, CA. We have since moved our main operations to Fallon, NV. However, our main sheath maker still lives in Davis.
Christof Harper - Knifesmith:
Christof has been forging knives since 2006. If Christof had a philosophy, it would be "if you just keep Doing Stuff, then Things happen."

Jess set up the foundation of this wonderful website and is mother to the next generation of koyotes.
Blanche Nonken - Knifesmith in Training:
Blanche was recruited to help us keep up with orders. She's doing a lot of the hand-sanding on the unfinished blades. She is also the resident butcher and has the privilege of testing out some of the knives.
